Illinois Fatboy Pritzker is challenging the President π‘

Chicago, Illinois:
Illinois Governor J. B. “FATBOY” Pritzker has a little back story. has been involved in a scandal regarding a $331,000 property tax break he received after removing toilets from his mansion to make it appear uninhabitable. This action was labeled a "scheme to defraud" by the Cook County inspector general, and he is currently under federal investigation related to this tax break. federal investigation related to a significant property tax break he received for his Gold Coast mansion. The investigation centers on a $331,000 tax break that was granted after Pritzker's wife, M.K. Pritzker, directed workers to remove toilets from the mansion, making it appear uninhabitable. This action was labeled a "scheme to defraud" by the Cook County inspector general.
Federal prosecutors are collecting records from the Cook County assessor’s office regarding the tax break. They are particularly interested in communications and the names of employees involved in the approval process. The investigation has been ongoing since 2019, and Pritzker has publicly stated that he believes all rules were followed in obtaining the tax break.
The contractor involved in the toilet removal, Bulley & Andrews, has also been awarded nearly $9 million in federal contracts for COVID-19 related work. This has raised questions about the relationship between Pritzker and the contractor, especially since the firm had not worked with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for decades prior to these contracts.

Now he is saying the president can not deploy military troops in Chicago to fight crime. Democratic Governor JB Pritzker issued a sharp response Saturday evening, stating that "The State of Illinois at this time has received no requests or outreach from the federal government asking if we need assistance, and we have made no requests for federal intervention".
Newsweek reached out to the U.S. Department of Defense via email on Saturday for comment.
Unfortunately the Governor is incorrect according to the library of Congress The President absolutely can federalize a state's National Guard and deploy it into that state, or deploy active duty armed forces into that state, over the state's objections, and use them for law enforcement,California federal Judge Charles Breyer stated Trump’s previous use of National Guard troops to Los Angeles was legal, following a trial earlier this week over whether the deployment violated the PCA and its restrictions on using the military for law enforcement purpose.
with the use of the insurrection act the president can deploy military forces on American soil to fight crime. If the president declares gangs such as ms13, gangster disciples, Latin kings, Latin counts, 4 corner hustlers, kkk, black panthers and others as domestic terrorist then the president is well with in his power under the patriotic act 2001.
